Well, one x-men member (Rogue) might be out of the new X-men movie Days of Future Past, but there is a new character taking part of this big film, Toad! Toad was in the first x-men movie, X-Men, and he was played by actor Ray Park. Now Evan Jonigkeit will portray a younger version of Toad in X-men Days of future Past. Evan describes Toad as a little different from Ray Park's portrayal of Toad, unfortunately Evan Jonigkeit would not give us more detail. He only had this to say: "I read a lot of the comic books. I found out the storyline of my character, who is Toad. X-Men fans will know that Ray Park played him in the first movie, so it’s a generation story of how he came to be. It’s really cool… The aesthetics of the character are much different [from the first film], and I’m not really allowed to say a whole lot more than that."
What do you think? Would Evan Jonigkeit's portrayal of Toad be better than Ray Park's? How do you think this younger version of Toad would be like? We'll see soon when the movie, X-men Days of Future Past, comes out on May 23, 2014.
